2010 Season News
Registration dates at the Carmichael Center will be Tuesday, February 23rd and Thursday, February 25th from 5:30-8:00. Tryout dates are March 15th for 8U & 10U and March 16th for 12U & 14U. As always, the 18U division will not tryout until after all area high school teams are finished with their season. This is in compliance with the AAA rules. Girls planning on playing 18U can go ahead and sign up both online or at the Carmichael Center. The last date to signup online will be March 14th. Signups will be taken at tryouts, but that will be the last opportunity. We look forward to another great year of softball!
Gene Bain Memorial Tournament Wrap Up
The Searcy Girls Softball Committee would like to that the 20 teams that partcipated in the 3rd Annual Gene Bain Memorial Tournament. It was a great weekend for softball, finally. Everyone competed hard and seemed to have fun. It is our hope that everyone had a great experience at this year's tournament and will return as we host future tournaments. 10U - Sixers beat Total Chaos in championship game
12U - XTreme came back from the loser's bracket to defeat Fusion for the championshiop
14U - Rebels beat Beebe Blast in a thrilling championship game to take home the 1st place trophy (Wildcats took home 3rd place - Gene Bain's daughter pitches for the Wildcats)
