2008 Fall Ball Details

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY AUGUST 15th. Teams are still needed in all age divisions!
For the second year in a row, Searcy Girls Softball is planning a fall ball league. The games will be played on the four Saturdays in September. This competitive league is open to any team inside or outside of the Searcy area.

The following are the details of the 2008 Fall Ball League:
Coach Picked Teams - Sunday, August 10 between 2-4 will be a day when individuals can come to an evaluation day that the committee will make the coaches aware of. Please email girls information that do not have a team yet, so we can make a list for coaches.
Girls will play in the age division they will play in for 2009
10U will be player pitch - if there is enough interest we will have a 10U MP
Game will be played in the afternoons and evenings
Each team will play a double-header
Entry fee will be $250 per team (online registration will be available soon)

2008 Gene Bain Results

Thanks to all the teams that played in the Second Annual Gene Bain Memorial Tournament. This year's tournament was a huge success thanks to you! We hope each team enjoyed the experience and those teams from out of town enjoyed the tournament and the town! A special thanks goes out to the volunteers that helped out in various ways as a tribute to Gene and his family. To top off the weekend, it was great to see one of Gene's daughters hoist the championship trophy in the 14U division on the field with an outfield fence sign in memory of Gene. Thanks again for a great weekend!
